I've got a (somewhat) dated HP2000 notebook that I bought about three months after Windows 8 was released. It came standard with 4GB of RAM, a dual-core AMD processor with some form of integrated graphics. Now, since then, I've added an additional 2GB of RAM and replaced the operating system with Linux Mint 17.3 with the Xfce desktop. It's great. It performs better than Windows 8, 8.1, and 10. But I've been having issues with it lately. It's somewhat sluggish. I really don't hAve any files on there, I use it mainly for web browsing. I update it constantly and install the latest drivers. Is it just me or is there something I might be overlooking.
