Seems promising, though I wish the price point was lower. It can fold fully into a tablet. Only thing that kills it is the screen.

As convertibles go, that seems to be pretty darn fast for the money, it reminds me of the yoga 2 11 but way faster. If you wanted a better screen there is the atom based hp omni 10 (I think) and the dell venue 11 with 1080p ips screens, but of course with the trade off of a tablet is no keyboard and slower hardware.
Right now I saw the omni for about 275$ "new" on ebay, so can't really go wrong with that
And you can get a keyboard dock for the dell venue.
For the price of the pavilion x360 you're not going to get any convertable faster, maybe a boring normal laptop though, anyway that's my two cents, if you don't mind the screen and want the speed, what you found seems like a pretty good deal. IMO, I would prefer the nicer screen and slower speed, but that's me
