Hows this for my first planned pc

I will be buying these parts on Friday/Saturday, so if prices change, I'll update them and such. I'll dive right in, and I'll explain why i chose my parts, and my planned upgrades. I will note that I am using my old Kingston 4gb 1066mhz untill Christmas, then I'll get something nicer. Also, my hard drive and ssd will be used from my old system to this. Aswell as my disc drive. I bought a new copy of Windows 2 weeks ago, cause amazon was selling it for $67 so I quickly picked that up. Okie, lets begin. -

CPU: I dont really think I need to explain why I chosen this cpu on this budget...Yea, pretty self explanitory.

Motherboard: Isn't the best, but since I dont plan on overclocking, I think it will work well

Case: LOVE THIS CASE. Great price with all its features. Very good looking case

PSU: Pretty sure this psu will be able to hand my upgrades.

UPGRADES:

As I said before, 8 gb of ram. My last upgrade is a 7850, to replace my 630. How does this build look so far? Any adjustments?

Looks good.  Since you won't be overclocking, I'm not too worried about the lack of cooling on that motherboard.  Just make sure you pick up the 2GB version of the 7850 whenever you upgrade.

What if I switched my motherboard to a Msi 970a-g43? Would that still be good

MSI 970A-G46 would be a better choice.
