Personally I would get a NH-D14 instead of that H110. I've had an H80 for about a year now and the main thing I don't like about it is that it's a bit noisy. It will always be more noisy pushing air through a dense rad compared to less dense aluminum fins.
Also, unless you plan on getting a second graphics card any time soon you should get a PSU closer to 500w or 600w. Many high wattage PSU's will not operate as efficient if they are only using 30% of their total wattage. Good PSU's around this range would be any Antec NEO ECO psu at 520w or 620w, or the Antec High Current Gamer HCG-520 or HCG-620.
