I purchased a new Cisco WS-C2960X-48FPD-L. I have been trying to upgrade it for a security update and better performance but I cannot do it. Does anyone using this networking device or does anyone know how to upgrade this device?
I also checked on their website it didn’t mention anything about upgradation.

You’re not going to get any faster performance out of it by upgrading, the only thing will be fixing bugs or security vulns.
That link above is the code you need to download, you probably don’t have rights to download it as it requires a support contract with Cisco. It does give you the MD5/SHA512 hashes (by hovering over the file name), so if one got the upgrade file somewhere else, you could validate it is the same file.

Copy to the device with tftp (or FTP, etc) and upgrade via CLI. Here is an easy to follow guide
