How to Unroot Droid Incredible?

i was on a custom rom with android 2.3.4, i restored my backup which was a rooted version of 2.2. I want to unroot the 2.2 so i can do the official over the air update to the latest android version HTC offers, i just bought the galaxy nexus and might sell this incredible to a friend. whats the easiest way to do this?

worked like a charm, it wiped out the phone and installed the unrooted 2.2 then did the ota update to 2.3.4. Can now safely sell it.
