How to unlock an Excel workbook (2013)

A colleague of mine has a locked Excel workbook, we can open it up but we can't view the data and thats what we need to do - There are a few tools online advertising that they can do it but they look like snake oil. Does anyone have any tools they know work or any other advice for unlocking it?

I have tried reverting to the older version and using the old unlock macro but that only gives me the first 65k Lines (yes I know why didn't they use something other than excel for something that size) and we need the whole thing.

Any help is appreciated!

I explain here a unlock excel workbook software, whose i have already used for recovering excel sheet password. I would like to tell a little bit more about this software, it allows you to choose two popularized method 1st is dictionary method and 2nd is brute force method. More about these methods see below-:
Dictionary attack:- Use this method when you sure is your password in alphabet.
Brute Force attack:- Use this method for recovering multiple password such as ‘a-z’,’A-Z’,’0-9’,all printable ,special character and space.
