How to uninstall ADMA00 Interface driver?

I've tried seemingly everything and have nowhere else to turn. This piece of crap software from ASUS keeps coming back after every uninstall or disable. I can't ignore it because I get constant BOSDs and WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR screens.

Things I've done to remedy my problem are updating my motherboard BIOS, cleaning the computer of dust (I thought it was overheating and the GPU drivers were failing for a long time) and adding new fans, uninstalling ASUS AI suite, trying (and failing) to uninstall AMDA00, using the AMDA00 cleaner program in safe mode (which did seemingly nothing except turn my screen black for a single frame), setting Windows Driver Foundation to automatic (it resets to manual on every single shut down as well, possibly related?), updating every driver manually (through windows) and starting a fresh Windows install.

Google brings up loads of people with this issue but no real resolutions anywhere, just dead threads.

My specs are:

The actual error is: Event 219 The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\PNP0A0A\2&daba3ff&2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, right now my computer is as useful as a brick.

Have you tried updating the motherboard bios? I'd look into doing that.

yes, that's what I meant by motherboard software. I'll edit the post to avoid further confusion
