How to swap HDD data

Hey guys, I currently use some terrible 200GB HDD to store my games on and a 640GB for pictures and music. The 200GB has started to make allot of noises and is also old, so I wasnt to swap the data on the two HDD's around. So it would be Music and pictures etc on the 200GB and games and programs on the 640GB.

Can someone reccomend a method or program to do this that would not involve changin the directory that games are launched from (I.E right now its: E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead I dont want to swap every single one to be F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead)

I knnow I did a bad explanation, but can't really thikn how else to explain it.

Thanks guys!

If you just move the entire Steam folder into F:\ and launch Steam from there it will still launch all your games. No need to change anything at all.

Alternately you could copy all the files around and then just switch the drive letters.

Need something faster, 119GB of games takes AGES to transfer. I tried it and was at 6hours and going up.

You could try using cloning software such as Acronis True Image.

If youre gonna transfer it, its going to be transfered, a program cant magically make it go faster. Just leave your pc on for the night

Hm, Looks like click and drag it is :/
