I installed mumble on this Linux Mint but I am not sure what to do next?

However I can give you instructions at specific points for ubuntu here. I recommend reading it still though. For example if you did not go through the dialog correctly when install you can reconfigure and do it again like this

sudo dpkg-reconfigure mumble-server
