How to prioritize what gets done first during SYS startup?

My main computer has "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-V" with latest drivers
Currently I am running Win 10 tech preview 10074. Before This O.S. I had Win 7, and I had same problem.
Before it loads drivers for this NIC during system startup it tries to establish connection to mapped network drive.

Because of this I am getting red X mark on that drive. You may think what is the big deal in that.

However in Active Directory you can map users folder in Network Partition, and in this situation I think it becomes big deal. For the clients computer not only to establish connection to this users folder, but how it will communicate with active directory for user authentication?

Have you tried boot priority in the bios?

What that has to do with this?
I am not trying prioritize in which Drive bios looks for the operating system first.

Sorry I misinterpreted your question.

There are third part application that can set a load order when windows boots up. I have never used one but I looked it up to do with a rainmeter issue where raimmeter would load before it had information available and throw errors.

Unless it has changed, but this is Microsoft so not likely, there is no native way to force a load order. So third party it is.

What is the name of that 3rd party software?

Sorry. I never used it so I cannot remember the name.

Searching for "windows load order" or custom.windows.load order or program load.order or any variation on these.
