How to power an external rad?

Let´s say you want to have a secondary loop attached to the main one, the main one is powered by the main power supply, but the auxiliary (lets call it that way) loop need it´s own power supply, I´ve already seen things like the phobya external power supply, but How does it work? Is there any other option?

I haven´t bought any rads yet but I was thinking on 4 480mm ek rads with jet flo fans only in push, that would be about 80 watts just for the fans, with a current about 7 A.

If you are willing to go ghetto you can use an old PSU (or any PSU doesn't matter) and jump the ground to any hot with a paperclip use some electrical tape on that mad scientist stuff, gotta keep it safe and not a fire hazard; use that to power the fans and pump. As long as the extra added PSU stays completely separate from the main system there is no need to use fancy adapters to regulate the voltages to be the same.
