How to make my mobo usb 3 compatible?

i have a ASUS M4A79XTD EVO but i have a PC Tower with USB 3, and i want to take advantage of it. What to i need to make it compatible/run USB 3? maybe a converter?

this will allow you to plug in a front usb3 as well as add some extras to the back.

do i need to put the USB from the front into that thing?

A pci card is really the only way it will just plug straight in and you should be fine.

yes mazdarati, you must plug it in to that card. the only other thing you can do is convert it to usb 2.0. but you wont get full 3.0 speed.
