I switched to Fedora and now I want to run my old Windows 10 install as a virtual machine.
Windows is installed on a separate SSD.
How can I do it?

You can pass the physical disk to the VM, for example. Or, you if like tinkering, pass the physical disk with a virtual hard disk and clone the OS.
Make sure you are using a retail product key of Windows 10. OEM keys are tied to hardware and a VM “hardware config” counts as a hardware swap.
