Is there anything different I need to do for Ubuntu 15.04? Because I end up with "E: Unable to find a source package for ubuntu-gnome-desktop" I have followed all instructions exactly up until I get this error.
I'm attempting to do this on a Mint 17.2 install. Im placing Gnome 3 in Cinnamon's place
Personally a massive fan of i3 as well as unity. This is very useful because im beginning to feel venturous with the WM's lol. Gonna look into $MINIMAL. looks pretty sick.

@Eden In effort to keep a lot of these old but useful guides alive. I may want someone including myself to occasionally peruse them and update them as well as clean them. They should be wiki'd
Yeah that one one of the main reasoks for the wiki so we could keep these guides and they wouldn't disappear in the forum as well.
