So the front x8 is routed on this motherboard differently than the back x8 and some times won’t post.
Just cover x8 lands with electrical tape and it’ll boot fine.
Note this is probably RMA territory if this fixes it for you, but is useful for testing.
Kapton tape works even better if you have that.
