I just discovered that HelpWire uses Auth0, which usually supports two-factor authentication. Does HelpWire offer 2FA? I can’t find a way to enable it in my account settings. How do I activate it?

odd that they offer aes 256 encryption but no TOTP.
We use Bitwarden to maintain software TOTP and use FIPS 140-2 hardware keys to unlock Bitwarden.
Be careful though, cause you can lock yourself out of password managers so we have redundant login methods. ALL of them are FIPS 140-2 compliant until we can push up to FIPS 140-3 with the same providers.
I’ve been using HelpWire for a while now, and I haven’t had any issues, but there is no way to set up 2FA. From what I know 2FA is only available in Auth0’s higher tier plans, and since HelpWire is free, I’d guess they are on a lower tier plan. Either way, it looks like it will be added in a future update as it is mentioned in their roadmap.
