I’ve had it sent back to the retailer (OCUK) who reported they found nothing wrong with it so I’m wondering if there is something funky on linux thats causing the issue, how would I go about debugging this?
I’m running fedora KDE 42 running @kernel-vanilla/fedora-rc Copr these kernels since I have a B580 but it was still happening on the vanilla fedora kernel
Ducky One 3 Cosmic USB RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is my keyboard
Can you remove keys and check for dirt and grime to see if that’s causing the issue?
I fully swapped out the key switch for the space bar to check if it still happens and it did, I thought I fully broke it at first since it didnt work till I put the space bar back on lmao and I assume OCUK cleaned it when they got it, but I’ll report back on that when I get it back, before I sent it the keyboard was quite dirty under the key caps but I think its been happening since I got it pretty much so I dont think it was that, the support staff got me to update the firmware which helped a little bit but not fully
Some canned air to blow stuff out may help as well.
I dont know anything about your keyboard, but I can tell you I have a Keychron K10 Pro Wireless on Fedora 41 and I have zero problems. The problem probably lies with your keyboard somehow.
