so is it possible to add my old home thearter system to my pc so when I play games the sonud will come out of the surround system

the  only option you have on your Home theater unit is the two RCA audio IN.  so your best bet is to use the line-out on your onboard sound card and connect it to your HT unit with a 3.5 mm phono to rca audio converter
