How to Compile and Run C Programs using MinGW on Notepad++

Whats up Logan, Wendell, and Qain.

Anyway I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit and I want to integrate the MinGW compiler into Notepad++ in order to Compile and Run programs that I've written in C. For some stupid reason everywhere I look around I never seem to get a reliable solution to my problem. Is there any way you guys could help with this?

Have you looked at NppExec? It's a plugin for Notepad++ which seems to be the most widely used solution to do this sort of thing.
