How to Close Tickets in Cherwell with One-Step

Here’s my question. I have a ton of tickets in a Info Security Box that are a mixture of false positives, real threats, and other things my company uses for tracking in Cherwell. I want to close out these tickets individually with a close description blurb, cause by code, time track, and closed on first call. I seem to be following the right steps by using update business object because an Incident is considered a business object. Does someone have a how to they can direct me to?

I have checked Beyond B20 and and the Cherwell forums. I seem to have the right answers, but when I run the One-Step, the progress bar loads and just does nothing.

I need this, because closing individual tickets manually can take a bit and can be hard on the hands.
