How to access flash drive on Zorin OS?

I'm just starting to learn my around Linux, and the one thing that's preventing me from basically replacing windows with Zorin is the fact that I have absolutely no clue how to access my flash drive in order to print my Essays, and what not. Any tips?

Open up file manager/browser

Still can't find it. I know how oblivious this makes me sound but the only thing that I could find that's close to the file manager/browswer is the file system. I assume that's the same thing, but still no luck in locating the drive.

So is this running live off of a flash drive?

Are you trying to find the flash drive you are running this on?

Why zorin when you could use something that is not as bloated but still looks like windows 7 like this? http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=solusos

No, I was actually just trying to access the files on the drive; I'm running the OS off the HDD.

Zorin works quite nicely for me actually. Runs fast on my cheap little dell inspiron laptop; AMD E2 APU. only 1.6GHz :P

But yeah that was defs my fault not being able to find the flash drive. I tried a different flash drive and it worked. Kind of odd though; the original USB drive i was using still worked in windows.

Your flashdrive shows up by itself on the desktop.
