So I have an old PC I've been looking to get rid of and I'm not sure what to price it at.

Cpu-Phenom x6 1100t will be left at stock clocks

Cpu Cooler-cooler master hyper 212

Gpu-gts 450 1gb

Ram-4gb 1600mhz

PSU-500W 80+ Bronze psu from Corsair

HDD-1tb 7200rpm

Case-Thermaltake V3 Black edition

It's an 1100T with a 450! There are some 1100Ts on eBay for less than $50! The 450 is a $30 to $40 card used, as well. The rest of the rig is bleh. You could try to squeeze $270 out of it, but I'd pay no more than $230 myself.
