1600x900 gaming latest games , medium-high, bf3-4, witchers 3, cod , cs go etc

For gaming at that resolution you should be fine. The only thing I see as an issue is your GPU only has 2 gigs of VRam, you will probably have the replace that sometime in the next 1-2 years.

Honestly, there's no saying how long your computer will last you these days. With the 270 you're not going to be playing many new games on ultra, however the low resolution may enable you to play some modern games on ultra.

I already have a4 6300 and a fm2+ motherboard, will be getting a r9 270 and a athlon 4 860k
