How is this for a Home Server build?

This will be running headless, and besides storing all my files, I want to use if for a Minecraft server, FTP, SubSonic Server, and Teamspeak.

Yea that's perfectly fine. You won't be hosting anything massive in terms of MC, but it should handle a smaller server fine.

You don't need the GPU though, as the board has vga outputs when using a compatible CPU with integrated graphics. Which that i3 does have. Which you could save $40 or invest in a faster i3 (4340) or an after market cooler.
