How is this card?

How good is this radeon 7970? Will it run hot? Will it performe like a 7970? I'm asking these questions because it cheap and too cheap for a 7970 because they usually are around 400+ range. Is it worth the money or will i be cheaping out too much. If this card isn't worth it my other options are a radeon 7950 or a radeon 7870XT. If there are any better options please recommend them. Thanks.

Edit: go for the 7970 on sale.

Go with the Sapphire 7970.  They're good cards with decent cooling.  It has the 950mhz core with 1000mhz boost.

The Msi 7950 only has 880mhz on the core.  For a $10 saving.

And the prices of AMD cards always come down when Nvidia launches a new product so it's just following trends.  Nothing to be suspect of.
