Game Plan:

18th- Friday: Working closing shift to 1130
19th-Saturday: Take senior Pictures for sister.
20th-Sunday: Leave super early to drive 815mi to Casper Wyoming
21st-Monday: View total eclipse - Drive 815mi home monday evening
22nd-Tuesday get home early, sleep, Pack for quakecon- senior picture backup day
23rd-Wednesday Leave super early for 950mi drive to Texas for quakecon
24th-27th-Thursday-Sunday: Game my brains out and dont sleep
28th- Drive 950 miles back home.
29th-Tuesday SLEEP
30th-Wednesday: Back to work

I think it’s worth it

thats 54.30 hours of driving at 65 mph good luck some of those roads are long and strait good places to fall a sleep. Airline tickets are pretty cheap now a days just an fyi.

we return sunday… probably not getting home till aboot midnight or later as i have to work monday…
that reminds me… @BioBandit you gonan be there wednesday soz we can check in? how do you want to work it?

also… van is gonna head into the shop tomorrow… just a couple minor issues that i’d like to get fixed before a trip liek this, nothing serious, but gonan get all the little things i’ve been putting off taken care of. gonna need an oil change once i get down ther.

Yea the drive to / From dallas is 3 of us… the Wyoming run is solo. But I’ve driven Vegas to Mlps & mpls to tulsa before so It’s not like im new to the all day car rides

that someone would drive that conservatively.

at 90 mph you can make it just over 39 hours.
seems very feasible to me
