you need drivers from Qualcomm Atheros or who ever makes the wifi chipset for the device.
https://www.atheros-drivers.com/

you can normally find the drivers you need by using hardware ids like you see in the picture. just right click on the device and select properties.

Im not sure witch one of these i should download I Know I need the USB NDIS 6 is it motherBoard related?

the latest driver you need can be found at http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads. weather it supports ndis 6.4 depends on how often samsung updates their drivers.

that said if your lucky and the driver is a ".ini" file you could open it in notepad and update the code your self. another solution that might fix your problem is switching to a diffrent rom.

Do yourself a favour and go grab 3DP chip. You will never need to search again. A freind recommended it to me and it looked SUPER SKETCH until I realised that its made not only for modern machines, but all the way back to dos. If you need a driver, 3DP chip will search all of driver cabinet and the hardware manufacturer sites. Its crazy good app.

Worked thanks found the driver I wanted, but installing it did bring some unwanted applications GREAT tool

fixes lag in Rain meter YAH!!~

Well it only gives you an antivirus and you can remove that. The antivirus is used for retrieving hardware numbers in the event that 3DPC itsolf can't find them.

Theres also 3DP Net for wifi and ETH drivers. It has all the drivers from 97 to current in pure DLL form for everything. Even macs I think.
