This is with a hyper 212 evo in push pull running prime 95. These are turbo settings and it is boosting its speed on it own. I have not set custom overclocking settings yet.

Hmm since it's p8z77 the process shouldn't be much different than with p8z77-v which i had. I got 4.5ghz out of my i7 2700k. Right now im running 4.5Ghz on 1.28v with corsair h70 with two corsair sp120's in push pull and it touches 60c. The mobo is Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H.
