How do you know the real PSU wattage

So for example if you have a single 12v rail with 32a would it the real wattage of that PSU be 384.Is this the correct way to find out the real wattage or is there a diffrent way. I just need to know because I want to build a pc a corsair cx430 and i want to know if that is enough to power my system.

part picker has a good wattage calcualtor. and http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Corsair-CX430-Power-Supply-Review/1200/5

The +12 V output uses two MBR3045CTP Schottky rectifiers (30 A, 15 A per internal diode at 125° C, 0.65 V maximum voltage drop). This gives us a maximum theoretical current

read the artical and just know that you shouldn't run things power supplys at there max unless you want your pc to catch a cass of the explosions
