I'm currently downloading GTA V as a pre-load, which will take over 1 day (60GB download). I also like to watch Netflix on my computer as well. I have a 6Mpbs connection (~750KB/s; though it does spike to about 900KB/s) When a program is downloading full speed, it tends to make video streaming very difficult. Is there a way to throttle (or at least prioritize) the speed of the GTA V download? I know with Steam if I throttle speeds to 512KB/s I can get acceptable video streaming quality.
