How do i secure my outgoing traffic from my router?

So i have this issue... Bell has been snooping on my network traffic lately and i need to find a long term solution for hiding my packets. The router that i currently have is an ASUS RT-AC66U. I need a tutorial on how to set up a VPN on my router and any suggested IP VPNs would be appreciated.

Yes i do use Peer block, and HHS but that doesnt seem to work.
