You know the crappy windows 7 all programs? Yeah, I am tired of it. I would really like to find a way to get a Windows XP type of all programs on my start menu.

Stop clicking start menu with your mouse and use search.
For example, win + "ste" + enter launches steam and it's way faster to launch everything this way compared to using mouse.
