How do I connect Thermaltake case to Asrock motherboard?

I have this Thermaltake Commander MS-I Snow Edition case.  It has a cable for the power button that won't connect to my Asrock motherboard, so the computer won't power on.  What can I do about this?

To be honest, that's not very likely... and if it is true, you just need to swap the connector of the power button lead with two individual mini-connectors, which are available at an electronics store. You don't even have to cut a wire, the metal terminator of the wire pops out of the connector with a needle, and clicks into the new connector.
