My wife does not like British comedy, but she loves this dude.

Is it the contrary sarcasm that strikes your better half as merely insulting, rather that over-dramatically over-stating disparities?
She does not care for dry humor that comes with most British comedy. She does like sarcasm but she does not like it over done or repetitious. I think she likes how he foreshadows what he is about to do with sarcasm. He has an approach that is unique, to her.
I enjoy his videos from time to time, but she is subbed to him because he makes here laugh while learning something new at the same time.
