How are these peripherals for the money?

So, after working 2 jobs, 6 days a week, I've been slowly upgrading/overhauling my system. Here is what I ordered so far:

EVGA GTX 760 ACX SC (replaced PNY GTX 650)

Sennheiser HD 558 (replaced Corsair Vengeance 1500/ Audio-Technical ATH-M30)

DS4 (PS4) Controller w/ Bluetooth 3.0 USB adapter (replaced DS3)

For my next round of upgrades, I'm considering

CM Storm Quickfire TK (MX Brown) to replace a Compaq multimedia keyboard from 2000-ish (bundled with Pentium III machine; Persario 500CL)

CM Storm Xornet to replace my generic GE optical mouse

Fiio Olympus E10 DAC/Amp to replace onboard sound; I didn't really have a problem in regards to sound quality, but onboard isn't pushing the HD 558's loud enough in games and movies.

How am I doing with the upgrades? Am I just pissing away money? My specs are on my profile

I have the CM Storm Quickfire Rapid with blue switches. It's heavy and solidly build with a nice soft finish, so if you know you want a mechanical keyboard it's probably the best for the price, but while mechanical is always better than rubber you still need to decide if its a priority for you.
