This is a base for 1200, you can swap out the GPU for this other one to make it $1500
This GPU if you want to make it a $1500, you could get a 7970 instead but you seem like a Nvidia guy
If you want Led fans get these
Only use the 2 cosair fans on the heatsink, they are special rad and heatsink fans, in combination with the 812 they cool better than a H100
you can of course make it cheaper by getting your original GPU, a hyper 212 (or none at all) instead ot the 812 and cosair fans that case has as good if not better cooling than the storm scout, its cheaper as well, stay away from sickleflows and OCZ
