How are these parts for my first build?

Still soon to build ...

(2) - MSI B75MA-P45 Motherboard

(3) - XFX AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB GDDR5

(4) - 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM

(5) - 600W Corsair CX600 Power Supply

(6) - NZXT Source 220 Case

(7) - Seagate Desktop 1 TB Solid State Hybrid Drive

(8) - Lite-On Super AllWrite Optical Drive

(9) - Windows 8 System Builder OEM DVD 64-Bit

Looks pretty solid.

I would maybe get a different motherboard and look into getting a dedicated SSD and then a larger storage HDD.

I'm not going to be overclocking or crossfiring in the future. So i don't think I should be changing the motherboard.

Sometimes it isn't even about overclocking.  Quality and reliability come into play.  Also how it handles and distributes power.

So what Mobo do you suggest i get for less than $100?

Something along those lines, Asus and Gigabyte are usually good solid boards to choose from, Asrock also offer some nice boards.
