How are Code Keyboards?

I currently own a Ducky Shine 3 and I have two complaints with it. One is that it has Cherry MX Reds I like Browns and the other is how fast it's LED's burn out. The topic title pretty much covers it, but how are Code Keyboards. I would like to know if they are reliable and if the LED's are good. Thanks for the help everyone if you don't like them feel free to recommend another keyboard.

Me and @lessershoe both use them. I would recommend them, I think shoe would too.

Thanks for the reply and just out of curiosity which model and switch type?

I have this magnificent piece of machinery.

How long have you had it? I have no burnt out LEDs

@Ethereal That's a beautiful keyboard greens are my second favorite switch.

@Eden I've had it for less than a year, going back and looking at reviews it's a common complaint. Although the build of the keyboard is fantastic overall it's still really nice.

I have the 104-key CODE with clear switches and love it. The build quality is great and although I've only had it since January I've had no issues with the LEDs so far. A big selling point for me was the design of the keys, since it's very difficult to find replacement keycaps that are backlight compatible. All of the icons are printed at the top of the key so they are evenly illuminated by the LED, and the font is sleek and professional.

Yeah, I'm highly concidering picking the 104 key version with brown switches. They seem really nice and the overall design of the keyboard is so clean.

@Ethereal I have the same one :D. Totally recommend it, haven't had it for long, but I can tell it holds up well. It has a really heavy/reliable feel to it, despite the plastic shell that (at least for me) has a little bit of wiggle near the space bar.

if you want the no-nonsense keyboard with any key switch you want. then look for Code. they are the only one that seem to offer 10 keyless in green switches.

I kinda wish i picked them up before i picked up my Corsair K70. i have 4 dead LEDs on my corsair >.<

I think I'm going to buy this and slap some red o-rings on it which makes it feel surprisingly like Logitech's Romer G switch.
