Honest VPN Opinion?

Logan-

Are you guys using private internet access as your VPN solution and how has the service been so far???

I am thinking about switching to a VPN, for a number of reasons {Thnx Paul from New Egg!] and was just wondering about the service. I also have Windows & Linux systems and was wondering if you had any problems setting them up [Wendell???]

Thanks,

I use PIN as my VPN and it is great. Speeds are solid and connection never falters. Only problem I ever have is with twitch, twitch will refuse to let me log in while on a VPN because it doesn't want people to access it from within banned countries, which is dumb. Luckily twitch is still allowed in the USA for now. -cough- net neutrality is going to die -cough-

It was a great investment and I highly recommend it. It also allows you to use it on multiple computers, so every computer in my house runs on the VPN. So comcast can't see what any packets are that leave my home hehe.

What's up Demon,

So far I'm hearing nothing but good things, so that's the way I am going to go. I completely understand about comcast, I had them for the longest time and then I had to switch to the evil empire [AT&T!] which sucks even more then comcast...if that's possible!

I guess this is bigger deal for us residents. For me in Finland there's no real use for vpn, i've tried those. Adds too much latency and fucks up my high speed. Besides, majority of vpn-providers are somehow connected to US so I don't really see the point. For those who live in China or any other of these internet-fuckup-countries vpn is a must though. My brother lives in China and he can't live without vpn because of the crazy restrictions. Speed drops don't matter to him that much, because the internet connections are so slow in the first place.
