Homelab networking question - 24+ ports in 50/50 (10gbe/1-5gbe plus PoE)

Hello all. I have purchased 3 x MS-01 machines and I currently have a QNAP switch with only 2 SFP+ cages and QNAP 4 drive array. I would like to find a Layer 2+ managed switch, ideally with 24+ ports and a 50/50 mix of SFP+ and 1-5gbe PoE ports. I know I am asking for a lot but I haven’t found that unicorn so I am coming here for your ideas.

I’ve looked up Mikrotik and QNAP but haven’t found the perfect device. Thoughts? Thanks in advance, and I look forward to any advice you can give.

So either a modular switch (super expensive) or two separate normal ones.
