Does it also function as a surrogate lover?
I wonder how many kidney's logan has left to sell
if we all chip in 5 bucks...
forget i said anything.
I will need a separate room just for these headphones. Fuck, I think I need an entire building dedicated to this piece of art.
Think I may put these in my clean room, surrounded by tanks and SEAL trained bionic walruses
This is actually a pretty big deal in terms of technological and engineering advancements. It's like akin to moon landing, it was an expensive endeavor but the breakthroughs in technological advancements benifits us overall.
The Orpheus, 25yrs ago, raised the standard so high in audio that we've only just tapping into the next level of audio standards. The Orpheus is still technically a marvel of engineering that the only true successor is yet another Orpheus 2. It would be another 25yrs for a successor to come I bet. We've seen some try to touch this bar like the Stax SR009, and HiFiMan HE-1000, a valiant effort.
mmm tube amping hybrid. Must be a thing. :)
let me just wait 10 minutes while the system transforms . . .
Will this possibly raise the industry standards on headphones in the $200-300 range, or possibly lower the value of sub-1000 dollar headphones?
Several gimics here and there.
But okay.

Now I can listen to John Cage's 4'33 in utter clarity.
We'd still need to offer our first-born child to pay for it.

I am confused...What does a headphone sound like? This guy seems to treasure listening to the sound that this one makes.
it depends on what sound you want it to make.
if you want it to sound like dubestep put on some dubstep
Do you think that some of these advancements will be implemented to consumer grade headphones/DACs in some years?
