HIS vs CLUB3D HD7950 which is better?

I have been wanting to upgrade my GPU for a long time now and have narrowed it down to either of the following;

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/HIS/HD_7950_X2_Boost/

http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/gpu_displays/club_3d_7950_royal_king_review/16

I can get the CLUB3D for £230 or the HIS for £240

i tend to trust TTL when it comes to reviews for most things but as CLUB3D is a lesser known brand i am unsure about warranties etc... also an owner of the CLUB3D has had poor overclocking results but it may just be the silicone lottery (http://forum.overclock3d.net/showthread.php?t=48076).

 P.S incase it wasnt clear i will definitely be overclocking :D

Edited to fix the HIS link

I wouldn't say that Club 3D is less known brand, it's part od TUL corporation with brands like powercolor and vtx. But I'm not sure about how well will club 3d version overclock.

I suggest you google more reliable reviews and then decide. :)

There lies the problem, there aren't enough reviews for me to decide and they both overclock to approximately the same speeds with almost identical temps, the only thing the HIS has over the CLUB3D is looks.

I heard Tom Logan say they overclock like mad. Could have been luck, but if they are not purchasing huge amounts of chips (being a smaller brand), your chances of getting one from the same batch is pretty high I'd imagine.

I have the 7970 version of the HIS card and it OCs like mad while keeping great temps.

I once had a Club3d GT 9800 graphics card and i really liked it... As far as i remember i have never really heard anything bad about either Club 3d or HIS, but I just think that all of the HIS cards look kind of "cheap" (dont know how to say it) they probably make great cards, but I would go with the Club 3d as it is also a little bit cheaper.

Could you give me some examples of the clock speeds/improvements and temps. i have also managed to find the HIS for £233 so may just bite the bullet.

Uhm I don't bench so idk the exact performance numbers but I have the non ghz edition card which I think is 925 core, I flashed the GHz bios on it and OCd it more on stock volts to get the core up to 1150 and the memory is 1700, I did this on 2 cards as I have crossfire. The only time I had any temp issues was when I was bitcoin mining which pushes the GPU almost as completely as it can but I just took off my sidepanel and the temps stayed in the low 80s, in games I never pass mid 70s
