His Radeon 7950 trouble

I have a HIS IceQ Radeon HD 7950 GPU and I recently I bought the BenQ XL2420TE monitr, it was broken so I had to send it back, but when I plugged my VGA cable into my old monitor things went wrong. I have never had any trouble before hand, and I didn't jerk any components, but my graphics card is not being noticed now. I opened up my case and my graphics card is not heating up. When I reboot I get these two pop ups, which I've never seen before:

I'm not the best with computers and I'm sort of freaking out. If anyone has any help it would be very much appreciated.

Further information of my PC:

Windows 8.1 64x

16gigs of ram

MSI Z77A-GD80 Motherboard

i5 3570k processor

Caviar Black Hard drive

and a 850w power supply

I had the "no drivers" mesage when i first ran my crossfire set up if I turned off the main power switch for 10 seconds and then booted it was ok. Google how to disable ULPS and try that. Hope it helps.

Thats unfortunate. Good card, and a fairly decent fan on it (even though it sounds like a jet taking off at anything over 65%).

Turn the computer off. Then on the card itself will be a small switch near the crossfire connector. Flip that, turn the computer back on and see if that fixes the issue.

And seriously? Your still using a VGA cable?
