Hijacked pc's, router, isp, outside wiring, action fraud

I am a 54 year old newbie with technology and pc's. For 4 years i have been trying to learn and stay secure online. I spend my life on you tube learning to use and understand my pc's, router, connections. The more i learn the more i need to know. I now know i am being attacked from every way possible by hackers who have no morals who they attack and how they get their money..

Every time i learn to change a problem the hackers just find another way to set a command and get back to the way they want to work. I desperately need advice about ISP, router, connections , VPN and domain names. My pc's all seem to be in domains and i cant even find out the names. I would like to use Tek syndicates domain and start to get involved. I just cannot move forward with all the restrictions the hijackers are putting on me.

I have had 8 registered visits from Action Fraud (Cyber Police UK). There has been no help from them when they have visited after me phoning to make a report about cyber crime. And yes i do see the internet differently with researching looking for answers to get me out of this situation. I do believe in ethical and unethical hacking. I have tried to communicate with these people. This only makes them bully and punish more..

Can anyone advise me what steps to take please..

Is there any help i can get using 'remote assistance' so it is understood
the problems i have

Believe me i have tried everything that i possibly can..I am now hooked to two different routers. This cant be legal. But i think it is 'being allowed'. It is not a virtual attack now as i was introduced to some people i thought were alright. It turns out these low life are third party self employed gamers, DJ'a who are probably doing this for their free games and allowed to have multiple facebook accounts.

It is getting who is tracking who. I have learned a lot by checking out my 'friends' accounts and their networking habits. They are scum..

I like your style..we think alike

In the future, please bump your day old thread, rather than making a new one, @oscar2010.
