High latency over Thunderbolt Networking on ASRock X570 ITX

Using the thunderbolt port on ASRock Phantom Gaming X570 ITX, ping between it and other devices is around 3ms.
Pinging over Ethernet have under 1ms ping.
Is there anyone with ASRock Phantom Gaming X570 ITX and have the same issue?

edit: this only occurs in windows with or without DCH drivers.
