I have an i7 3770 K CPU and im doing pretty much nothing and this Windows Module Installer to be taking up a ton of CPU? Help?

Probably your typical scenario. Or if it's a recurring problem set the priority to low by right-clicking on the process for it and go to Set Priority.
What kind of actual usage are you seeing? 20% on idle? 60%+????
