Backblaze provide stats periodically from there data center covering around 46000 drives from 1.5TB to 8TB.
Seagate seems to continue to have a higher fail rate on 3TB drives.
4TB drives seem to be the most reliable across all the manufactures with 3.5% being the highest failure rate (compared to seagates 28% failure rate on 3TB drives its a big difference), it might be interesting to see how it compares if they are able to get more Toshiba and WD drives.
