For the HDD I'd say go for a 7200 RPM, if possible, drop the Windows 7 and get a better GPU, ex. 7870 or 7950. If you want nvidia than you could probably get a GTX 660 Ti or 670.
yes but on what settings are you going to play on?
and you will not get 60 fps with that
ok but what OS do you reccomend? Ubuntu?
If you are tight on a budget, that's one way to go, if you really want windows than pirated win 7 is another :|
go with an amd apu. a10-5800k is a good one, get t1866 ram as well, the speed is important with apus

For 650$ an APU is definitely not a good decision.
A better cooler down the road is probably a pretty good investment like the Hyper 212 Evo. This thing should be able to do what you need it for. 2Gb version of the 7850 would probably also be a nice investment but I mean XFX is a trusted brand and I wanted it as close to 650$ as possible.
