What Helpdesk software has a knowledge base, ticket system, and supports multiple languages?
As a “free” open source option.
Without more information this is all I have.
There is a hosted version and a version where you can host and set it up yourself.
Otherwise there are better known hosted services such as zendesk, freshdesk, and zoho desk. It really depends on your use case and budget.
